Ang Lucenahing si Alvin Capili Ursua, panganay na anak nina Andres Ursua at Trinidad Capili, ay ipinanganak noong ika - 8 ng Disyembre, 1989. Nagtapos siya ng Bachelor in Secondary Education 鈥� Major in Mathematics sa Calayan Educational Foundation, Inc. (CEFI) sa Lucena City, Quezon kung saan kasalukuyan siyang nagtuturo.
Isa siya sa mga miyembro ng grupo ng mga manunulat ng KATAGA. Napili rin siyang fellow ng Ikatlong Palihang Rogelio Sicat noong Mayo 2010.
