I am the mom of a beautiful 13 year old daughter. My wonderful husband and I have been married for 16 years. We have two dogs, Rudi and Nestle. We are working in jobs we really enjoy, and we live in a great neighborhood. I am an 8th grade English teacher and Student Council (senior high) advisor. We have survived flesh-eating bacteria, a brain tumor, and 4 hurricanes. Talk about resilient!!
