I started my career as a Trainee Analyst Programmer in 1999 and came up along the software development path fulfilling different responsibilities as Team Lead, Divisional Head etc鈥� Then in 2007 I joined Merchant bank of Sri Lanka as the Assistant Manager IT. And in 2010 I was promoted as the Deputy Manager.
Currently I am managing a team of three people in my team, who engage in modifying / maintaining our in-house developments. Also I call review meeting with our other purchased software vendors.
