Have about 8+ years experience in IT industry as a Database administration for Sybase ASE,MS SQL,Oracle Server.
Hands on experience on Sybase, MS SQL,Oracle Server Installation and patch upgrade.
Very good in building database backup and recovery processes.
Extensive knowledge of shell scripts and it's use for creating database monitoring.
Good experience in solving production support issues (Level 2 and Level 3).
Closely working with developers to improve performance of stored procedures and tuning activities.
Have good problem solving skill, eager in learning and understanding systems concepts. Works well both independently and in a team environment.
