My career has always been linked to innovation and entrepreneurship. After 10 years of designing and managing various EU funded projects within the areas of innovation management and the promotion of enterprise education, I joined the newly created Innovation Area at Florida Universitaria, co-designed the company's innovation process, and since then promoted innovation within the organisation at various levels, while also working as a consultant/trainer for external clients.
