I started my career as a trainer way back in the year 2002 when I was working with ICICI Bank. I was selected as the trainer for my team soon after I completed 3 months in ICICI. Thereafter, my short stint with ABN AMRO Bank & Kotak Mahindra Bank as a Team Coach gave me a great insight into product and process training.
