At the beginning of his career, Alto Yudano joined Manna Music as an intern piano instructor. In 2001, he joined Yayasan GO Studio Nasional, a Christian foundation that produce several TV programs and broadcast its programs through national TV station (Indonesia) and a regional TV network (Asia Pacfic). There he learned TV programming management, from selecting and deciding networking partners to air TV program, to producing in-house program to be broadcast through a local TV station in North Sulawesi. Having experience of working with creative talents, Alto learned the basic of arts management.
