I am a laid-back kind of guy that enjoys the good things in life. I am a high school teacher who loves reading, running, watching good movies, and enjoying a nice dessert. My life is based on the Gospel as interpreted by the Rule of St. Benedict and the Cistercian charism. As a lay Cisterican, I strive to live simply, with a listening heart, obedient to God's Spirit speaking around me, committed to my family and friends.
