Strong Points – Ananda has strong experience in human resources area for 24 years. He had experience working in many industries, from manufacturing (pulp, heavy industry, garment), shipping, telecommunication, and plantation. He had worked in Toba Pulp Lestari Tbk (plantation, pulp & mill) located at Toba Samosir, North Sumatera as Head of Human Resource Development. According to him, industrial relation at his company is so complex and they have five labor unions at the moment.
Ananda also managed to set up human resources division in change management period at PT Mowilex Indonesia. Beside Human Resource & General Affairs, Ananda has experinces handle Finance & Proc.
