Mr. Castro Carvalho obtained a Bachelor of Laws (2007), a Master of Laws (2010) and a Ph.D. (2013) from the University of S茫o Paulo, which was elected as the best PhD thesis on Law from 2013 in Brazil by the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel 鈥� CAPES Award 2014, the office from the Ministry of Education. He also holds a post graduate degree in public law (2009). He was a visiting researcher in Karl Franzens Universit盲t Graz, in Austria (2013) and a visiting scholar and professor in Nankai University (Tianjin) and JiLin University (Changchun), in China (2012-2013). He holds a AML & Sanctions/CFT certification issued by the International Compliance Association -
