As an organizational coach my goal is to build strong, effective and fun organizations. I still call myself an agile coach - even though I rarely talk about agile and have much more than coaching in my toolbox. I'm an experienced public speaker at conferences and internal events on topics around agile, scaling agile, leadership, culture, dealing with fast growth, agile program management, innovation and other related topics. Before joining Spotify, I was working at Tobii Technology as a team leader and project leader for software development and testing teams. I have a background in software development, having worked for a few years as a developer and also with test automation.
