Andrea Pinnola is currently involved in the Standards Coordination and Industry Influencing Team of Telecom Italia, more specifically actively involved on the Network Function Virtualization evolution in ETSI NFV and in Open Source Communities. He is also collaborating in the Telecom Infra Project regarding People & Process aspects. He was head of the IT Innovation SOA Lab in the OSS Innovation Department of Telecom Italia. He is an expert of Lean & Agile Methods and their application to Service Companies and Software Team and trained more than 400 people in the last year.
