Andrea current role is Director of the newly formed Futures Unit at Johnson and Johnson. The unit's task is to focus on design-led digital disruption leveraging the opportunities presented by the 4th Industrial Revolution. Her previous role was as CEO of the University of Limerick's Nexus Innovation Centre. She has over 14 years professional experience at the boundaries between academia and industry.
Her PhD research interests include: innovation, creativity and knowledge transfer at organisational boundaries.
