Andre is full-academic staff of Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta. He earned his MBA in Public Finance from Assumption University in Thailand and Bachelor in Accounting from Universitas Atma Jaya Yogyakarta. His interests include strategic cost management and public sector accounting and performance measurement for not-for-profit organization. He has presented papers at various national and international conferences held in Indonesia, Thailand, and Korea; and he has also published a text-book for public sector accounting subject which is written with his two colleagues and is entering 3rd edition now.
