Andre Permana is Senior Vice President of Risk and Compliance (RAC) division in Indonesia Infrastructure Guarantee Fund (IIGF), a state-owned enterprise providing infrastructure guarantee to PPP projects in Indonesia (www.iigf.co.id). While he manages the Risk and Compliance (RAC) division as central risk management function in IIGF from his inception up to now, he also handled guarantee risk monitoring and claim management functions, assists in business development function and enhancing the risk underwriting capacity, especially for a 2x1000MW coal-fired power plant and a 1050l/s water supply project.
