Academy
Program

acknowledge

accept

charged
$250.00
incl.
GST
per
term
for
my
child’s
participation

in
Years

8,
9
and
10,
or
$50.00
incl.
GST
per
term
if
my
child
is
in
Years
11
or
12.
(This
fee
is
a

membership
to
the
Academy
for
one
term
and
cannot
be
partially
refunded).

3. I
acknowledge
and
accept
that
I
may
be
charged
for
any
travelling
or
excursion
expenses.

4. I
acknowledge
that
to
be
eligible
for
continuation
in
the
Academy
programs,
students
must

demonstrate
a
continued
commitment
to
school
studies,
maintain
an
exemplary
record
of
school

conduct
and
fulfill
training
requirements
of
the
Academy.
If
a
student
fails
to
apply
him/herself
in

their
academic
studies
as
indicated
by
unsatisfactory
effort
in
more
than
one
subject,
then
their
place

in
the
Academy
will
be
reviewed.

5. I
acknowledge
that
for
serious
breaches
of
the
school
discipline
code
or
continued
poor
behaviour,
a

student
may
be
excluded
from
participation
in
the
Academy
and
fees
will
not
be
refunded.

Please
note:
The
Sport
Supervisors
within
the
Academy
will
informally
counsel
students
who
exhibit

poor
behaviour.
However,
on
the
third
Academy
disciplinary
warning
(these
warnings
will
be
linked

to
any
disruptive
behavior
at
Academy
sessions,
or
Level
3
school
disciplinary
warnings)
the

student’s
membership
to
the
Academy
will
be
rescinded
for
the
remainder
of
the
year
and
fees
for

that
term
will
not
be
refunded.
(The
student
may
reapply
for
membership
prior
to
the
start
of
the

following
year).

6. I
acknowledge
that
a
student
can
only
withdraw
from
the
Academy
at
the
end
of
a
school
term
and

that
withdrawal
of
membership
from
the
Academy
must
be
in
writing
at
least
two
weeks
prior
to
the

start
of
a
new
term.
