In 2007, Kompas Gramedia Group had established a new Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN), which focused in ICT (Information and Communication Technology). As Vice Rector II, responsible for HR, facility and infrastructure (IT, building) and finance.
UMN has been growing rapidly, from 100 students to 4300 student body in 5 years. The UMN alumni have been accepted in various industry, including well known company in Indonesia. Some of them even are working abroad and pursuing post graduate studies in Japan, Taiwan and Malaysia. And now UMN become one of the university choice amongst high school graduate throughout Indonesia.
