Mr. Andujar is coming to Bruce W. Carter Department of Veterans Affairs from the United States Southern Command, J4-Surgeon Office, Miami, as the Director of the Joint Medical Planner Division. He spearheads the Haiti and Chile medical collaborative efforts by working with the different services and inter-agencies. Mr. Andujar’s operational expertise and leadership on Emergency Preparedness make him a strategic asset to the Veteran Affairs Miami Medical Center.
