Angela Chao is Chair and CEO at Foremost Group, a well-established international shipping company founded by her parents, Dr. James S.C. Chao and Mrs. Ruth Mulan Chu Chao. The company is based in New York, USA. Angela attended Harvard College, where she received her BA in economics, graduating with honors, in three years. She entered the world of investment banking, joining the mergers and acquisitions department of Smith Barney. Later, Angela graduated from Harvard University's Harvard Business School with an MBA and became affiliated with Foremost Group. Angela lectures throughout the US, Europe and China. She serves on several business, economic and philanthropic boards.
