Reporting to Sales Area Manager my mission consists in executing responsabilities assigned, planning strategies for the best achievement of targets set out. To perform leadership monitoring and adapting capabilities of individuals in a way that maximum development of their skills and competencies are promoted providing highest standards and added value. Assessment and monitoring of Sempsa JP S.A and Heimerle + Meule requirements both in Spain and all over the world, implementing procedures for compliance with policies, rules and regulations governing my area.
