I am a writer, researcher and library director in Northern Nevada. Community literacy and collaboration is my passion and the driving force behind everything I do. My research focuses on innovative technologies that improve the way people learn, write, think and create. I'm especially fascinated by the interactions that occur in both digital and physical spaces. Thus, my research looks critically at hackerspaces, gaming, and alternative libraries.
