This document provides instructions for obtaining Cronbach's alpha reliability statistics in SPSS. It describes the steps to run a reliability analysis on a scale with 21 items (p1 to p21). The output shows that 672 cases were used to calculate a Cronbach's alpha of 0.915 for the scale, indicating high internal consistency. The item-total statistics table shows that removing any of the 21 items would not increase the Cronbach's alpha, so all items should be retained in the scale.
