NSM, Regional Heads & Sales Admin staff directly reporting to me)
Key Role- Planning, execution and control of Business plan, Product launch, Brand building and Sales promotional activities, General administration, logistics, budgeting and cost control. Recruit, train, motivate and guide sales team to achieve their predetermined sales objectives.
