I fundamentally believe in the notion that everyone has amazing untapped capabilities, and I love working with individuals to help them express those talents. I enjoy building high performing teams where they tell their family and friends about the work they do and the great colleagues they work with. Amazing products / experiences are a direct function of the culture and the people that create it together. And so, for me, being a people champion is a top priority.
