The class took a trip to Long Bay Marine Reserve where they engaged in several educational sessions. They had morning tea upon arrival and looked for evidence of living things on the beach. During sessions they played a camera game, collected seashells and seaweed, and observed jellyfish and a preserved 100-year-old lobster. In the rock pools they found barnacles and other sea creatures while being careful of falling rocks. On the return trip they sketched their favorite sea creatures in the sand.

Joshua and Marcus created a presentation about sea creatures while other students helped color pictures and cut them out. They laminated the pictures and created a display with help from Mrs. Michie and others. Students shared what they had learned about sea creatures in their local seas, including crabs from Cromer and seals at Donna Nook and Hunstanton. They enjoyed researching and creating the presentation about sea creatures in their area.

I went on my first vacation to San Andres island in Colombia, traveling by plane. While there, I visited several locations including Taganga island, an aquarium, Morgan Cave, and an area called "the pool". I ate a lot of seafood including fish, rice, and coconut. I drank water and lemonade. My beautiful hotel was right on the sea, where I swam with fish and took a boat trip with my sister, putting sand on her body. I also visited a museum and saw local dancing.

Sonia Bermúdez describes her last family vacation to the beach. They traveled overnight to get there, with Sonia sleeping on the way. Once there, they enjoyed swimming in the pool and sea, walking along the beach and local streets, and relaxing in the hammock. They stayed in a beautiful hotel with many ornaments and amenities. The beach and sea were lovely, and the restaurant food was superb. At night they drank delicious cocktails while Sonia's sister slept. They also visited an aquarium, island, and national park. Sonia bought many souvenirs for friends. Overall, the trip was thrilling and Sonia wants to return soon.

Katrina went on a camp trip to Portsea Camp. She enjoyed various activities at the camp like dressing up and pretending to shoot a machine gun at the Queenscliff Fort, going on the roof of the ferry, sliding down the Giant �ݺ�ߣ, exploring the rock pools to find sea stars and anemones, and being on the roof of the Pol pero boat as it rocked side to side. Katrina had fun with her dormmates and talking with her friend Emma on the ride back, and was excited to see her mom after returning to school to be picked up.

During their week-long vacation, the speaker watched a TV show about people stuck on an island called Gilligan's Island with their family. They visited the Discovery Center with friends Lizzy, Tim and Sem where they met a talking fish and played Plants vs Zombies, feeling happy because it was fun. The speaker also swam in their pool with friend Lizzy, playing mermaids before throwing dog biscuits in the backyard for their dog Dakota to chase.

In my last vacation, I went to Santa Marta, Colombia with my family and stayed at the Decameron hotel. The hotel had its own beach where we swam and participated in pool activities like dancing. I saw the sea for the first time and thought it was magnificent, enjoying the fun waves. I visited Tayrona park where we hiked for 5 hours seeing varied vegetation and animals like crabs, monkeys, and flamingos while enjoying the fresh breeze and sunny day. The hotel had 5 restaurants each with a different menu where we ate fish, spaghetti, snacks, and drank cocktails, beer, and sodas. The entire vacation provided extraordinary experiences as I saw beautiful scenery, relaxed to the sound

Margarita is a beautiful island located off the coast of Venezuela in the Caribbean Sea known for its fun activities and places to visit to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Some of the things visitors can do include jeep rides around the mountains and beaches, snorkeling near Coche Island to see fish and sea life, swimming with dolphins at Waterland park and aquarium, windsurfing and kiteboarding at El Yaque beach, and partying at the Bora-Bora nightclub on the Pampatar shoreline. Travelers are advised to bring items like first aid kits, snorkeling gear, sunscreen, surfboards, and snacks as needed for the various activities and locations.

When the author was curious about Crystal Cove, she drove there with her sister and children to explore the tide pools. They hiked down to the beach in bathing suits and sun protection to look for sea creatures like starfish and anemones. As the tide went out, they discovered pools filled with crabs, mollusks and fish. The author and her sister played in the waves like children until they were tired and sun-dried. They explored the tide pools until the water returned, then sat wondering about what was under the waves.

Initial Assessment and Stabilization: The management of a head injury begins with a rapid and systematic assessment using the ABCDE approach: A – Airway: Ensure the airway is patent; consider cervical spine protection. B – Breathing: Assess respiratory effort and oxygenation; provide supplemental oxygen if needed. C – Circulation: Monitor pulse, blood pressure, and capillary refill; manage shock if present. D – Disability: Evaluate neurological status using the Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS); assess pupil size and reactivity. E – Exposure: Fully expose the patient to assess for other injuries while preventing hypothermia. 2. Classification of Head Injury: Head injuries are classified based on GCS score: Mild: GCS 13–15 Moderate: GCS 9–12 Severe: GCS ≤8 3. Imaging and Diagnosis: CT scan of the head is the imaging modality of choice, especially in moderate to severe injuries, or if red flag symptoms are present (e.g., vomiting, seizures, focal neurological signs, skull fracture). Cervical spine imaging may also be necessary. 4. Acute Management: Mild head injury: Observation, symptomatic treatment (e.g., analgesics), and instructions for return precautions. Moderate to severe head injury: Admit to hospital, ideally in an intensive care unit (ICU) if GCS ≤8. Maintain cerebral perfusion pressure (CPP): control blood pressure and intracranial pressure (ICP). Consider hyperosmolar therapy (e.g., mannitol or hypertonic saline) if signs of raised ICP. Elevate head of the bed to 30 degrees. Surgical intervention (e.g., evacuation of hematomas) may be required based on CT findings. 5. Monitoring and Supportive Care: Continuous monitoring of GCS, pupils, vitals, and neurological signs. ICP monitoring in patients with severe injury. Prevent secondary brain injury by optimizing oxygenation, ventilation, and perfusion. Seizure prophylaxis may be considered in select cases. 6. Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care: Referral for neurorehabilitation for physical, cognitive, and emotional recovery. Psychological support and education for patient and family. Regular follow-up to monitor for late complications like post-traumatic epilepsy, cognitive deficits, or behavioral changes. 7. Prevention: Education on safety measures (e.g., helmets, seat belts). Public health strategies to reduce road traffic accidents, falls, and violence.
