Annadurai, Professor of Biotechnology,in the Department of Dryland Crop and Horticultural Science, College of Dryland Agriculture and Natural Resource, Mekelle University, PO Box 231,Tigray,Ethiopia with 36 years of Teaching and Research Experience. I have been teaching Crop Biodiversity,Food science, Fermentation Technology, Biotechnology, Industrial Biotechnology, Food Technology, Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Genomics and Proteomics for PG and UG students.
