When I'm HAPPY I'm "LOUD", when I'm SAD I'm "LOUD", when I'm MAD I'm "LOUD", when I'm EXCITED I'm "LOUD" and even I'm CALM I'm "LOUD". Thats LOUD is "ME" so if you can't accept LOUD you can't accept "ME". And if you want to change "LOUD" thats not "ME". Maybe you should try finding "SILENT". :)
