Anop is a bioinformatics programmer. he is presently working as a Project Research fellow with Dr. Vinod Scaria at CSIR – Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology, Delhi.
Research Interests:
1. Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis
2. Big Data Genomics
3. Machine Learning and Data Mining on multi-omics data analysis
4. High-Performance ​ Software and Database development ​ for genome-scale data
5. Distributed computing, ​ Parallelism​ , Concurrency, Asynchrony in genomic research
6. Development of bioinformatics algorithms.
