A fresh graduate with a Bachelor Degree in Business and Commerce majoring in combined Finance and Macroeconomics followed with two years experience in the hospitality industry. The combination of my academic and hospitality experience has produced an exceptionally high standard of customer service, communication and negotiation skills. This is evidenced by my promotion to the level of supervisor in less than a year in the role. I gained valuable experience in managing customer complaints, critical thinking and successful problem solving. My goal is to apply the skills and knowledge I have developed, within a professional role.
