Bank is integrated with various external system , one of them is Flex-Cube which operates as Payment hub for all Domestic (LITAS Network), Cross border( EU Countries)(SEPA , Target2) & International Payments (Swift).
My one part of Role is To Analyze the Issue Reported and Provide Solution and RCA/Permanent fixes to address the Cases and other part being to identify the Performance of the payment processing and take pro-active and corrective measures.
