About
My current research activities include fabrication and characterization of basic organic TFT. I am trying to study some new organic semicondcting materials with the help of basic OTFT Device. Further, I am also trynig to study the photo-conductive response of the materials and studying the effect of plasmonics in terms of enhanced absorption. For the study of plasmonics and photo conductive response in organic semiconductors, I modified the ordinary transistor structure and trying to make the conduction space charge limited.
