I am currently arranging to submit my PhD research work conducted in FMP in Freie Universitat, Berlin, Germany, I have worked in the laboratory of Prof Hartmut Oschkinat, NMR supported structural biology at FMP, Campus Berlin Buch. I was involved in various biomolecular NMR projects and method developments in Solid-State NMR.
I have investigated membrane protein ATP binding casette transporter ArtMPJ from geobacillus species in native lipids by Solid State NMR spectroscopy. We have used solution and solid state NMR to study nucleotide binding domain of the transporter protein backbone involved in ATP binding and hydrolysis. (Publication is in pipeline)
