Tech-Rx Ventures is a new venture capital fund in Silicon Valley that invests both financial AND human capital in technology companies that are struggling to scale. Deal flow comes from traditional VCs and Angels who need help "fixing" their long-tail portfolio companies. We diagnose the problems, recap/reposition the company, augment the team with human capital from our own bench, lead a new round of financing, and push for a 3-10x return within 2 years. The fund model was designed to mitigate financial risk while allowing for more repeatable wins/returns.
