Group Design Director of Fjord Client Evolution, sharing Fjord’s wealth of design and innovation experience to help clients build and grow their own capability and transform their organisations.
I have been involved in interaction and experience design ranging from small projects in the arts through to large corporate projects since 1993. Throughout this time I have been involved in higher education research, e-learning and global creative collaboration projects as well as commercial user insights research, strategy for service design projects and coaching in-house project teams.
I co-authored the book Service Design: From Insights to Implementation for Rosenfeld Media.
