HR Generalist Affairs:-On boarding / Induction/ Exit process/ Help Desk • Handling employee on boarding procedure, Induction and exit formalities across the locations. • Monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards) on DMS. • Making Offer Letters / Increment Letters / Approbation letter for various purposes of employeesetc. • Processing in full & final settlement for the employees. • Co-ordination with Mediclaim team for monthly Addition/Deletion of employees. • Co-ordination with the employees and resolving the queries.
