Worked in State Bank of Patiala from August, 1974 to Feb. 2010. Now with HCL, CDC, Patiala as free lancer Soft Skill trainer. Also looking after the project training to MBA/BBA students. Conducted various motivational programmes for students at different colleges of Punjab. Also conducted programme at PSPCL Bathinda arranged by I.Pack Mumbai, on the topic of Communication Skill.
