I am Arslan Aslam, a research scholar of Total Quality Management, University of the Punjab. I believe a "SMART" organization requires "SMART" resources like me, a quality graduate who can contribute smartly for the betterment of the organization.
I understand how to define and implement assurance objectives and strategies, practices and that any deviation’s observed are documented and corrected. For University projects I have written and prepared quality and manufacturing SOP’s and related documents and improved by 80-90%. I know about the corporate and regularity requirements. I also know how to review batch records to ensure correctness, completeness and compliance.
