Legal and Judicial Reform Expert who started his career as academician in 1998. Joined the bureaucracy in 2003 - 2010. Studied international law and the law of International organization in the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. Begun working for an international development funding agencies in February 2010. Did some legal consultancy and legal research in between. Recently concentrating in the case management reform within the judiciary.
