A GIRL candidate topped the list of the successful Muslim Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) candidates when the results were announced. Of the total 791 candidates recommended by the commission in its list for various government posts, 31 were Muslims and the girl candidate topping them in the list is among the top 100 successful UPSC candidates.
