I am a Lecturer at the University of the Witwatersrand. My research focus include (1) Research into the structural, tectonic and metallogenic evolution of the West African Craton, with the aim of developing a strato-tectonic-metallogenic model. (2) Understanding the phases and tectonic control on gold mineralization and establishing the relative and absolute chronology of structural events and emplacement of granitoids so as to finger-print the timing of gold metallogenesis.
