1. Receive Complaint from all over the country assisting in to facilitate affected by recent disaster.
2. Gather Complaint concerns including basic validation details for additional follow up by respective focal persons
3. Provide beneficiaries relevant information regarding available support
4. Converse in local language with Beneficiary from different regions of Pakistan
5. Identify and strive to resolve beneficiary issues in real-time.
6. Follow-up on flood affectees and IDPs inquires which are not immediately resolved.
7. Complete Complaint logs and reports as per projects standards.
8. If possible, use different information products of Emergency project for providing information
