- Advising, drafting, review and preparing documentations as well as reporting to clients, in respect of trademark prosecutions (i.e. search, applications, oppositions, rebuttal, hearing, appeal, recordal of assignment, etc), patent prosecutions (i.e. search, applications, recordal of assignment, etc), industrial design prosecutions (i.e. applications, objections and rebuttal);
- Advising, drafting, conducting legal researches with relevant Governmental Bodies on any issues relating to trademark, patent, industrial design, copyrights, geographical indications, employment, broadcasting, advertising, anti monopoly and unfair competition, tax, customs and excise, war...
