Atty. Emilio Benito Aquino, CPA, CSEE is an alumnus of the Immaculate Conception Elementary School Class of 1976 where he graduated with Second Honors. He completed his secondary education at the Universidad de Zamboanga as High School Class Valedictorian. He went to the same University for his Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting, graduating Magna Cum Laude and Class Valedictorian in 1984. He took the CPA Licensure Exams that same year and hurdled it with a rating of 89.14%. Later, he finished his law studies at the San Beda College of Law where he was a consistent Dean鈥檚 Lister and Silver Medalist. He took the 1992 Bar Exams, placing 16th among the Top Twenty examinees.
