- 9. RECOMMENDATIONS There should be a systematic division of material in various areas which are SINTER LINE, STORE, PACKING, and POWDER PLANT. Stock should be maintained properly instead of monthly checks weekly checks should be done. Proper training about the Pros and Cons related with inventory should be given to the staff members as well as the workforce. Proper co-ordination within the various departments in the organization plays a very vital role in improving the cost as well as the inventory. The inventory should be done as per the plans set up by the planning department much in advance so that it would become much easier to take actions as are set by the PPC.
