Between 1996 and 1998, I have produced a handful episodes of Project Tracking Documentaries. These are visual evidences of how public funds are expended in the course of projects implementation. The shots are particularly detailed in order to reveal quality of both work and materials used in the process. These were the evidences used in understanding details of expenditure in some projects in Katsina, Kano and Gombe States under the defunct Petroleum Special Trust Fund when it was winding down.
