Teaching and mentoring is a challenging but by far the most fulfilling experience of my life. Aiming at a long term career in teaching, research and professional consultancy, my goal is to first contribute in preparing a technically skilled workforce by being attached to academe and second, pay special emphasis on including the untapped resources of women by supporting and motivating them to pursue careers in computing and technology and compete for higher-paying technology occupations for an improved economic quality of life.
