Manage and coordinate organization-wide efforts to ensure that Performance Management (PM) is developed with a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements to drive the Bank's goals and objectives. Conduct coaching and development program to enable employees meet the Bank Performance standard.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Managing the PMS and facilitate communication to employees for buy in purpose;
2. Conducting and monitoring the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for identified employees with the intent to help and improve their performance;
3. Coordinating and support business users in Human Resource Management System and Payroll;
