- 7. Who defines what a marriage is? The married? The marry-able? This is a weak argument based on prejudice, not on fact. 1.) Marriage is an institution between a man and a woman.

- 9. 3. Gay relationships are immoral as stated in the Bible Deuteronomy 25:5-10 allows incest. Leviticus (the passage that many refer to as a defense ) also condones divorce and marrying women who arent virgins. It also says you cant eat shrimp.
