A Chemical Engineer graduated from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 1981 and received his Ph.D. in Technological Management and Administration, in 1988, from the University of Bradford in the UK. Currently he is a Professor at the University of West Macedonia. His main scientific and research interest are innovation, technology management, regional development, development strategies, information management networks, reliability, maintenance, industrial health and safety.
