CURRENT WORKING RESPONSIBILITIES:
To Plan: Today which part no is to coat and how much quantity to be required per shift.
To arrange manpower in each positions.
To Check chemical pointage level of each bath every 2 hours and add the required pointage level of chemical.
To check the hot zinc phosphating coating weight and thickness of the shaft for each batch.
To maintain and cross verifying the below records like that production reports, dispatch report, Job card, stock card, Inprocess and final inspection reports also.
To avoid customer complaints and take its corrective actions. Sometimes go to customer end to solve the problem and get the minutes of meeting report.
